Kurolo's Heroic Journey [The Girls' Arc]

Kuroro.

As you can see, I died... and then came back to life, accidentally awakening the memories of my past life.

So, is my world going to be destroyed? To defeat the enemy who will destroy this world in the future, I have to start working hard now to raise a hero... all because I awakened my memories from my previous life?

[Absolutely true, not a word of it wrong.]

Why! Why does it have to be me? There's something very wrong with you, System! Besides, I'm Kuroro, as in Kuroro Lucilfer, Kuroro! Sure, I'm a girl myself, and I don't feel like the men in parallel worlds have much to do with me... but I'm still a villain, at least! Have you systems run out of villains to help make a comeback, and now you want a villain to become a "sage" too?!

[This was decided long ago. In your previous life, you were the chosen "Sage," and your mission in this life is to raise a hero who can save the world.]

That sounds great! Just look at the conditions here. Where am I supposed to find a hero to raise? And, first of all, the worldviews aren't even compatible!

[If you really can't raise one, you can do it yourself.]

Huh?

[The first condition for becoming a hero is that you must abide by the "Oath of Honor" and never kill anyone.]

Whaaat!!!?

P.S. This story is also known as "The Pressure of Being Forced to Become a Hero." You can read it alongside the one about Miss Kyou, though that one hasn't been written either.

Kuroro's situation in this story is rather special. Her personality in the blurb isn't the same as her personality in the story. You can think of the blurb as a fanfic written by Pakunoda (not really). Please judge the heroine by the actual story!

The Phantom Troupe girl isn't a good person! Don't be fooled by the blurb. Even if she follows this oath, it won't stop her from doing bad things! At her core, she's really no different from the other Kurolos in parallel worlds.

BGM, Kuroro's theme song: "Microscopic Theater"

-No, I won't speak of that foolish curse-

-For neither you nor I are blessed by the gods-

P.S. The first version actually used the Sage's theme song, "Becoming an Immortal," but later I changed it to Kuroro's "Microscopic Theater." This one's got more oomph!

Theme: Save yourself and become your own hero
