In the Name of a Curse

If there's no update by 8 p.m., please come back tomorrow.

Plot blurb:

Every cause has its effect. Your retribution is me.

Curse One

"She jumped off the building herself. What does that have to do with me? If I did anything wrong, the law will punish me. The law found me innocent, so I'm innocent."

Yun Yi: "You're right. So... go die!"

Curse Two

"So what if I cheated? It's perfectly normal. Men have needs, and it was hard for me while she was pregnant."

Yun Yi: "Don't worry. You won't have any needs from now on."

Curse Three

"Why does nobody punish him for what he did, but you come after me for my mistakes? When I begged for justice, it never came. Now I don't believe in justice anymore, and you use it to punish me. I won't accept this!"

Yun Yi: "Do you hate him? Give me your hatred. Turn it into a curse."

"Will he die?"

Yun Yi: "If your hatred is strong enough."

This world is full of evil. If Heaven won't punish it, I will.

Romance blurb:

Curse casters are the embodiment and sum of all evil. As the world's only S-rank curse caster, Yun Yi's very existence is a crime. Huai Xia fell in love with Yun Yi, both before she knew he was a curse caster and after. After Yun Yi is arrested, Huai Xia visits him with a cursed doll bearing the word "love."

Yun Yi: "So you found out. That's right, you fell in love with me because I cursed you."

Huai Xia: "Can love count as a curse?"

Yun Yi: "Isn't loving me a curse in itself?"

Huai Xia: "Then why can't I bring myself to hate you?"

Yun Yi: "I'm an S-rank curse caster. My curse can't be lifted, not even by death. In this life, you can only love me. You'll love me forever."

A companion story to The Divination System, about the foul-mouthed king Yun Yi. The setting is the same, but the plot has nothing to do with divination.

A crazy male lead in the first half, then a normal male lead in the second half VS a heroine who's normal throughout (maybe).

Content warnings: 1. This story mainly focuses on Yun Yi during his obsessive period. He is reborn much later in the story, so be cautious if you want to read about his rebirth from the beginning.

2. And so on.

Theme: Become an optimistic, positive, kind, and courageous person.
