Xi Ru'an is a second-year student at Imperial University Military Academy, ranked first overall and first in strategic command at the Star Alliance DreamNet Four-School Tournament. He has S-rank mental strength, noble birth, and a mutant fiancé from the imperial family. You could say he has it all.
But he has a secret: he suffers from mental strength dysregulation syndrome. When it flares up, he can't control his emotions and needs suppressant injections.
The emotions he's suppressed for so long, along with an overdose of suppressants, mean that in private he has to fight underground matches to burn off his excess violent impulses.

A little scene:

Xi Ru'an is covered in injuries. He takes a shower and changes in front of him. "I was sparring just now. What is it?"
One day, Meng Li is enjoying his lunch.
Xi Ru'an is reading in the library when he suddenly sneezes again and again. Everyone turns to look at him.
Suppressing his anger, he finds Meng Li and pins him against a wall in the corner.
"How many chili peppers did you eat?"

1. The story is told from the bottom's perspective. Meng Li is the bottom, and Xi Ru'an is the top.
