How Well Do the Police Academy Trio and Magical Girls Get Along?

During a battle against monsters, the magical girl Nebula is accidentally swept into a spatial rift and arrives in another world without magical girls. When she wakes up, she has not only lost track of the monster commander, but also lost contact with home. At this point, there’s only one thing to do “To protect this world and spread love and hope to everyone, transform into a magical girl!” Matsuda, who was just passing by to buy groceries: “...Huh?” Wait, he’s a guy!? * As everyone knows, magical girls work in teams. And when the boys are asked to transform into magical girls, their reactions are↓ Matsuda before: What magical girls? That’s for little kids. Matsuda after: You’re looking down on magical girls? Had your fill? If not, come and take a punch. Furuya before, frowning: Magical girls? That’s not scientific. Furuya after, deftly whipping out a magic wand: At least it’s magical. What Morofushi imagined before: Dazzling transformations, brilliant magic, long-range energy blasts. What Morofushi actually got after: Hand-to-hand combat, suppressive fire, and beating evil to death. Date before: A burly guy turns into a beautiful girl, and getting unmasked would be social death. I have to protect my secret identity at all costs. Date after: The person I have a crush on likes the magical girl I turn into. What’s the coolest way to reveal who I am? Help. Hagiwara is the only one who can’t transform. He realizes it belatedly. “Wait, why do I feel like I’m the only one being left out?” Nebula perks up at that. “Hagiwara wants to be a magical girl too? Leave it to me! I’ll find a way to help you transform!” Hagiwara doesn’t take her seriously. When he really does transform one day, he finally realizes Nebula wasn’t joking. No, actually, he was just saying it for the heck of it * Reader’s guide: ① What to expect in this novel↓ Red-and-black spy thriller × Ensemble comedy ○ Handsome guys and beautiful girls showing off × Everyone gets put through the wringer ○ The police academy squad being lovey-dovey × Pitiful friends sabotaging one another ○ The iconic painting of the squad leader on a date × Unrequited love ○ Angsty magical girls × Healing magical girls ○ Genderbending ○ Cross-dressing ○ Girls getting close ○ ② The story takes place ten years before the start of the Detective Conan timeline.
