It's Fine Not to Straighten Naturally Curly Hair

Miyagawa Saya has secretly been a dog lover since childhood, but her family won't let her have a pet, so all she can do is watch dog videos every day.

Then one day, she notices a boy in her class. His fierce glare is like a wolf pup's, but he looks as pitiful as a puppy. His tousled little curls look so soft and fluffy, as if they'd feel wonderful to touch.

Miyagawa Saya: ...!

Kind of cute.

One day after they start dating, they see an advertisement on the street that Saya had worked on with someone a few years earlier.

Matsuda bites down on his cigarette and glances at the ad's male lead: a handsome black-haired guy with natural curls, apparently a current top-tier star. He muses, “I remember you said in an interview that your first love was a handsome guy with black, naturally curly hair?”

Before Saya can even blush, he awkwardly turns away. “...So, was it that guy?”

“...” Saya pokes him in the small of his back. “It was this guy.”

Matsuda looks as if he's been struck speechless. He can't get a single word out, and even his neck turns bright red. As if desperate to escape the awkward mood, he strides off with his head down, but still holds tightly to the hand of the girl, who has started blushing too.

Kind of cute.

Notes:

1. A short-to-medium-length fluffy romance. It's all romance, no mystery.

2. Forget the character's death. I'll write fluffy romance to support you.jpg

3. There are lots of invented details and daydreams about the Bomb Disposal team in their childhood.

4. I love Matsuda Jinpei today, too.
