After N Playthroughs, the Police Academy Squad Rescued Me Instead

Here's what happened.

I, Asuka Inosuke, recently played an otome VR game called Love and Red and Black. After countless different, disastrous bad endings, on my Nth playthrough... I transmigrated into the game...

Damn it! I was livestreaming the game, too!

Is this good luck or bad luck?

I was cosplaying my friend, a certain little lock-picking prince from Yokohama, when the Public Security Bureau bundled me off to the police academy...

Ah! The familiar cherry blossoms, the familiar curls, the familiar dark skin... My dear friends, here I come again and again!

But why do they seem to be looking at me strangely? Question mark.jpg

On the first night of police academy, two people who were fighting in violation of the rules stopped at the same time. They stared at the text floating beside them and fell into thought.

[Ahhhhh Matsuda, Furuya, save him already!]

On the rooftop, two people, one about to commit suicide and the other trying to persuade him to put down his gun, stopped at the same time. They stared at the text floating beside them and fell into thought.

[Ahhhhh Hiromitsu, stop rushing to kill yourself already!! Save the kid next to you!!]

Reader's guide: The main story is told in third person.

1. What the police academy group can see are the livestream comments from Asuka's stream before he transmigrated.

2. Asuka is a seriously committed Dazai cosplayer. Cosplay includes, but isn't limited to, clothes.

3. Everyone who can see the comments is on the good guys' side. I wanted to write the bad guys too, but I'm afraid I couldn't pull it off...

4. Asuka is a master of secret identities.

5. Updates every other day. The pairing is tentatively Hiromitsu.

Theme: Life isn't afraid of starting over; it's afraid of having no future
