Eight years ago, Chen Guanye was a proud, unruly prodigy, while Zhou Yuanxia was a shy, insecure orphan living under someone else's roof.

Gu Qian has been thinking about Jiang Shen for years. She finally transfers to his school, only to discover that the former straight-A student always fails one subject.

"Take off my mask yourself."

Gu Qian instinctively raises her hand, but before she can reach Jiang Shen, he grabs it.

The young man's ears are bright red, and his voice is more nervous than ever.

"Just so you know."

"Once you see my face, I'll hold you to it. You'll be mine for the rest of your life."
