[The Unrivaled Tang Sect] The Agent

A notorious cult leader known across the continent, founder of the Sun-Moon Empire’s state religion; an ancient monster who has lived for who knows how many years, a naturally enlightened high priest.

And the divine’s agent.

To act as an agent is to observe. Dynasties rise and fall, people gather and part. Zhu Lingyi was meant to watch the world with cold detachment forever, never speak, never act, never alter the fated course of events or the scenes already set in stone.

...That was how it was supposed to be.

She [saw] her own fate. The rest of her life would be bound by the mortal world, and after that, she would return to the dust.

This isn’t a traditional romance, or even a traditional Soul Land fanfic. If you’re a big Shrek fan, I don’t recommend reading it. It’s for people who simply want to read smut. This story isn’t very romantic, either. The only remotely romantic thing is that she knows he has lost his power, become wretched, and fallen into the dirt, long since losing his innocence, but she still accepts him and faces him as he is.

To be honest, this is some unhinged stuff. The warnings are in Chapter One, since there are too many to fit here. But a friendly heads-up: [gender bender]. [Not recommended for Shrek or Huo Yuhao fans.]

Theme: Observe everything as an equal
