Crane Express: We Deliver Anything [Genshin Impact + Honkai: Star Rail]

[Coming soon: [Honkai: Star Rail] The First Game Developer. Synopsis nearly done.]

Me, a Path of Elation follower, accidentally transmigrated to Teyvat after going looking for fun, and now I'm delivering packages.

Pay me 50, and I'll provide one-on-one service. Whatever the customer wants delivered, I'll get it there on time.

The more outrageous, the better. The more outrageous it is, the more fun there is to watch.

[First Order]

The blond Traveler pulled me aside and whispered, "I heard this medicine makes you taller. Can you secretly put it in the almond tofu of that young adeptus on the terrace of Wangshu Inn?"

Me: No problem, but my rates are pretty high.

She still gave me a lot of Mora, though she sobbed as she handed it over, saying she might as well forget about upgrading her Artifacts this month.

[Second Order]

A bard named Venti asked me to deliver wine to a Wangsheng Funeral Parlor consultant named Zhongli.

It was good wine, from Dawn Winery, the kind I couldn't afford myself.

But the bard said he couldn't pay the delivery fee.

"Can I pay on delivery?"

I agreed, but when I delivered it to his door, I found out that the gorgeous consultant didn't have any money either.

Damn it, I'd been played.

[Third Order]

This time, the blond Traveler placed the order again.

She wanted me to deliver a slap to Azar, the current Grand Sage of the Sumeru Akademiya.

I told her that deliveries where I had to provide the goods myself cost extra.

She nodded, rummaged through her bag, and gave me her last Mora.

I said it wasn't enough. She said it was fine:

"You can put it on credit. Just think of it as paying you 50. Once we defeat Azar and restore the Lesser Lord Kusanali to her rightful place..."

I cut her off. "Don't make promises you can't keep. I can't eat those."

But I took the delivery, because she really was friends with the Lesser Lord Kusanali.

[Fourth Order]

This customer was referred by the Traveler.

His name was interesting, too: Wanderer.

He said, "I want you to go to Tatarasuna five hundred years ago and deliver a knife to that Fatui Harbinger named the Doctor, the one disguised as a Fontaine native."

I said, "Sorry, that Doctor Harbinger is on my annual plan, too."

He asked, "What will it take for you to accept this order?"

Me: "More money."

As long as the Mora's good, even if you want to deliver Before Sun and Moon to Celestia, I'm your person.

For deliveries, choose Crane Express.

Once you place an order, consider it done.

The female lead comes from the Honkai: Star Rail universe. She's a pure troublemaker, an Emanator of Elation, and a capable fighter, but most of the time she prefers to watch the fun from the sidelines, unless the pay is good.

Pure fun and games.

One day, Xianzhou native Wu Qing had an epiphany.

As a member of the Alchemy Commission, she'd spent years researching how to suppress the onset of Mara-Struck. But pain, separation, emptiness... the problems that led to mara were impossible to cure with medicine.

But if medicine couldn't treat it, couldn't games do the job instead?!

Getting addicted to games might be a waste of life for short-lived species, but for the Long-Life Species, it could lift their spirits and stir their emotions!

Wu Qing: I get it now.

Wu Qing: Doctors can't treat the Mara-Struck, so I'm done being a doctor!

She was going to become a game producer!

One month later.

A game called Merge the Reignbow Arbiter appeared out of nowhere and quickly became a smash hit across the Xianzhou Alliance.

Merge two Xianzhou natives to get a Cloud Knight, two Cloud Knights to get a captain... Merge two generals to get a marshal, and two marshals to get a Reignbow Arbiter who could blast the Abominations of Abundance to smithereens!

A certain Sky-Faring Commission pilot, who claimed he'd lost his passion for the job: I admit I stayed up late last night, but who could resist the temptation to blast Abominations of Abundance to smithereens!

Not long after, the groundbreaking romance game The Idiots We Loved Back Then launched and quickly claimed a spot in the top three trending topics, where it stayed.

The days of conventional, sweet romance are over. Here, you can experience a different kind of joy: heartbreak, physical and emotional torment, melodrama, and pure artifice! An unconventional romance plot, an incredible level of freedom, and a huge selection of love interests. What are you waiting for?

Xianzhou natives, accustomed to ordinary romance and usually calm as still water: Holy crap, this is amazing!

Even Miss Bailu, the dragon lady, recommended it as a great way to prevent the Mara-Struck: If the game breaks your heart, have a good cry and let out your grievances. If it makes you laugh, then the Mara-Struck is even less likely to come knocking!

A city-building game made the Divine General exclaim, "Farming has been a Xianzhou tradition since time immemorial!"

A dress-up game led the Stellaron Hunters to declare, "Ever since we downloaded the game, the Stellaron Hunters have cut way down on nonessential expenses."

Squishy, chewy little creatures defeated the mecha monsters of Aetherium Wars and became the undisputed number-one game in the summoning genre.

And all these hit games came from the hands of one rookie game developer: Wu Qing.

When asked how she became the most popular game developer in the galaxy, Wu Qing scratched her head and answered honestly:

"Because I think studying medicine can't save the people of the Xianzhou."

Theme: A beautiful life.
