[Crossover] No Match for a Chicken

My name is Arakawa Arisu, and I’m a universally beloved college girl.

One day, I awakened an ability: anyone bound to a medium I use loses their strength and can’t even open a bottle cap. The medium can be anything that restrains someone: tape, hair, novelty handcuffs, a snake (hey!).

I’m still the same universally beloved (debatable) college girl, but now I can’t even hurt a fly.

Yokohama’s law and order is a complete disaster. Every few days, I find a man or woman barely clinging to life outside my door. My trash can can’t fit them, so I have no choice but to take them in and patch them up.

“I hope you understand after all that explaining,” I said. “I only tied you up to protect myself. Once you’re well enough to get out of bed, get lost... I mean, go on your way.”

“I have one question.”

“Go ahead.”

“Why did you tie my hair up? And why with a pink bow?”
