Little Plum Blossom

Foster care | Childhood sweethearts | Reunited after a breakup | Bittersweet romance

[Resilient, sweet girl x Strong, wealthy young master]

Chu Xiang was adopted by the Song family at the age of five, becoming Song Chen's sister in name only.

But she knew she was just Song Chen's medicine. If she wanted to stay, she had to please him.

She also knew Song Chen didn't like her and wouldn't let her call him Big Brother.

He only needed her because he was sick.

But she had no other bargaining chip. So little Chu Xiang shamelessly stuck to his side like a little tail, calling him Big Brother again and again and occasionally acting cute.

Song Chen couldn't resist. Little by little, he accepted this sister who had appeared out of nowhere and let her make her way into his heart.

Chu Xiang thought Song Chen wasn't as cold and heartless as she'd imagined.

Later, Song Chen's condition worsened, and he was sent overseas for treatment. He was gone for years.

With no further use for her, the Song family refused to accept her, and it was only natural that her foster placement was revoked.

Chu Xiang gazed up at the sky. A plane cut through the clouds, like the paper airplane her big brother had folded for her when she was little. It carried the scent of freedom.

Goodbye, Big Brother.

May he recover soon, and may she regain her freedom.

One day, many years later, Chu Xiang unexpectedly ran into Song Chen, only to hear that he was getting engaged.

She put away her disappointment and worked up the courage to greet him.

“Long time no see, Big Brother.”

Song Chen: “I have a girlfriend. Don't bother me.”

Chu Xiang: “...”

Song Chen didn't remember her.
