I Raise Ancient-Era Employment Rates with a Talent System

[This is the next story I'll work on!]

-

Ji Zhiman, an HR employee at a small company, was exploited by her unscrupulous boss. After working overtime all night, she got into a car accident and transmigrated to ancient times, becoming the second daughter of the Ji family, who had run the Yongfeng Teahouse for generations.

Same name, different fate. This second daughter of the Ji family didn't have to work, and lived far more comfortably than Ji Zhiman ever had. She was of marriageable age and spent her days drinking tea and watching birds. Her only worries were that her parents disapproved of her marriage, and that after eloping with the one she loved, she'd been caught and forbidden from leaving the house.

But after Ji Zhiman arrived, she didn't get to enjoy a single good day. A new teahouse across the street stole their business, and when her father went to demand an explanation, he was beaten up. The whole family was counting on Ji Zhiman alone. The teahouse was short-staffed, and after being exploited in the modern world, she now had to do the work of three people all by herself in ancient times.

Fortunately, Ji Zhiman came with a talent management System. All she had to do was look someone in the eye for three seconds, and she could tell what they were good at and what they weren't. With the System's help, she quickly organized the teahouse staff, and business started booming.

Good at arithmetic? Take these books and do the accounting.

Not good with people? Then go roast tea leaves.

Not good at anything? Then we don't need this person.

Her first victory was a success, and the coins were pouring in. Just then, Ji Zhiman ran into a mysterious long-term guest coming downstairs.

So aloof, huh? Let's see what you can do...

The man had sharp brows and bright eyes, and an air of nobility about him. His face practically said, "Keep your distance."

[Good at: Everything]

What the heck?! Did this guy bribe the System?
