Pretend to Pursue, Truly Fall in Love

By chance, Fan Chunxi found out that her so-called younger sister had a crush on their neighbor and childhood friend, Xu Zeyu. Without a second thought, Fan Chunxi made the first move and started pursuing him.

Fan Chunxi was bold and forceful in her pursuit. She hugged and kissed him in public, slipped her hand under his clothes, and even made her friends call him "sis-in-law." She wasn't shy at all. Unfortunately, Xu Zeyu was a cold-faced cool guy who paid no attention to her flirting.

Time to stir up trouble. With a flick of her hand, Fan Chunxi sent all the intimate photos of the two of them to Fan Qisi. Her sister cursed her out, blocked her, and did it all in one go, making Fan Chunxi laugh out loud.

Fan Qisi didn't think she was someone who could be pushed around, either, so she secretly told Xu Zeyu that Fan Chunxi was only using him as a pawn to get revenge, and had no real feelings for him.

The truth they'd both known was now out in the open. Xu Zeyu, who had already begun to waver, could no longer convince himself that Fan Chunxi truly loved him.

Just then, both jealous fools mistakenly thought the other had someone else in their heart, and the childhood friends started acting like strangers.

One day, the two of them ran into each other at a bar.

The tipsy Fan Chunxi leaned close to his ear and asked, "Why have you been ignoring me lately?"

Xu Zeyu, determined not to hit on someone else's girlfriend, put as much distance between them as he could. He didn't forget to tell her roommate, "Could you call her boyfriend to come pick her up?"

Friend: "No way. You've got some nerve, man."

Roommate: "What boyfriend? I don't know anyone."

Xu Zeyu had no choice but to patiently coax Fan Chunxi into calling her boyfriend.

With everyone watching, the phone Xu Zeyu had left on the table began to buzz…
