After Taking the Protagonist's Golden Finger

[Book Transmigration golden finger top x heroine of destiny bottom]

As soon as Yin Chengyan transmigrated, he killed a sinister old man, only to be told by the Heavenly Dao that the man was the golden finger of the domineering male lead: an old ring spirit who would help the protagonist to the best of his ability early on, then try to possess him later.

Heavenly Dao: To keep the plot balanced, you need to take his place and become the male lead's golden finger. Otherwise, you die, the male lead dies, and I die.

Afraid Yin Chengyan wouldn't agree, it added: As long as you stick to the general direction of the plot.

Yin Chengyan: The general direction? Got it.

So, at the beginning...

The male lead falls off a cliff into a cave. At death's door, he sees a handsome man, like a deity, holding a ring...

The Heavenly Dao, horrified: How did you get out?!!!

Yin Chengyan: It was cramped in the ring.

Fortunately, the plot was still on track.

Next:

The male lead cultivates, and Yin Chengyan finds every way to send him resources;

The male lead is in danger, and Yin Chengyan does everything he can to save him;

The male lead is trapped in an illusion, and Yin Chengyan stays by his side day and night;

At last, the time comes for possession. Yin Chengyan restrains the male lead with spiritual power, reveals his “true colors,” and says bluntly, “I want your body.”

The male lead doesn't resist. His ears even turn red. “It's not that I wouldn't agree...”

Yin Chengyan is stunned. So is the Heavenly Dao.

The Heavenly Dao, watching Yin Chengyan seem tempted: Boss, stay calm! Stay calm! You'll die!

Yin Chengyan remains unmoved, using his spiritual power to pull the male lead into his arms.

The Heavenly Dao: Huh? The plot hasn't fallen apart?

Yin Chengyan smiles cryptically: I just killed the next “golden finger.”

[The author is terrible at plotting and only wants to read a sweet romance. If that's what you want, you can stop at around chapter ninety. The story gets more plot-heavy after that.]

★ Spiritual treasure system: Heaven, Earth, Dark, Yellow, and Human grades, each divided into low, middle, high, and supreme quality.

[Next book, coming soon] Feeding the Demon Lord Every Day [Book Transmigration]

Blurb:

Lu Heng transmigrates into the head of an immortal sect who is undercover beside the Demon Lord.

According to the plot, the Demon Lord Xiuze will eventually be brought back by him to the cultivation world and become the sect's guardian divine beast.

Lu Heng glances at the smoked and roasted dried fish in his hand: A divine beast that eats dried fish???

Every demonic cultivator in the Demon Palace knows that the dried fish made by their Protector Lu are the most fragrant and irresistible, but...

He only makes them for the Demon Lord!

At that moment, Lu Heng is tempting the Demon Lord with dried fish. “My lord, I heard that dried fish taste even better when eaten in your true form.”

The Demon Lord is tempted. “But that would get my fur dirty.”

Lu Heng's lips curl into a smile. “That's fine. I'll clean it for you...”

The Demon Lord Xiuze has been able to see the future since birth. He knows he will first become the Demon Realm's Demon Lord, then become the immortal sect's guardian divine beast.

So Xiuze chooses to lie flat. When the immortal sect's leader comes to attack, he reveals his mighty, imposing divine-beast form.

But when the day comes for the immortal sect's leader to attack, the Demon Lord looks at the familiar person before him. His protector is the immortal sect's leader? Then he can surely become the sect's guardian divine beast!

Lu Heng: “My lord, you have never taken a life. I wonder if you would be willing to...”

Demon Lord: Of course I am. Hurry up and tell me I can be the sect's guardian divine beast!

Lu Heng smiles faintly. “...Would you be willing to become my wife, as the leader of this sect?”

Demon Lord: “?”
