#Fun cultivation slice of life + team-based challenges + light mystery, with both comedy and passion#
Fu Li transmigrates into an adult novel, only to fall off a cliff the very next second, leaving her seriously injured, with amnesia and a limp.
The healer says her symptoms are caused by damage to her spiritual meridians.
She stubbornly insists she’s a victim of a no-frills transmigration.
The healer says nothing and simply increases her dosage.
As a newly disabled person who hasn’t quite mastered her crutches, Fu Li neither wants to be the male lead’s lackey nor the heroine’s cannon fodder. To avoid attracting the attention of the original cast, she decides to join a sect that’s basically the cultivation world’s remedial class. There, she’ll help out the hilarious underachievers whom everyone else looks down on, and enjoy cultivating in peace.
But Fu Li discovers that the reason her cultivation buddies are doing so poorly is that they’re using the wrong methods
The young master from a wealthy family clearly has a top-grade water spirit root, yet instead of becoming a soul cultivator, he insists on studying medicine, which is completely unsuited to him. To this day, he hasn’t managed to refine a single decent pill.
Fu Li has a flash of inspiration. “Ever heard of freeze-drying?”
The genius sword cultivator, hailed as the one most likely to ascend, is sick of competing and can’t stop beating himself up.
Fu Li has a flash of inspiration. “Guns are the proper path for a real man!”
The senior sister who cultivates love charms is a hopeless romantic by nature, and spends all day having her feelings toyed with by scumbags. She cries for three days and three nights at a time.
Fu Li has a flash of inspiration. “You’re so conscientious. You shouldn’t be dating, you should be putting screen protectors on messaging talismans.”
…
Sect Master: “There are no shortcuts to cultivation for normal people.”
Fu Li: “But there are for demonic cultivators!”
Sect Master: “Someone get her out of here!”
Here’s a recommendation for my next novel, Do You Call This Temple Spirit Effective? There’s a link in the announcement. Please add it to your reading list!
#Lighthearted slice of life + the supernatural + light mystery#
Xin Zhao, a second-generation deity, gets into big trouble one moment, and is dragged off to face judgment the next.
The Heavenly Emperor gives her two choices
One: be exiled to the Land of Chaos to reflect on her actions for 999 years.
Two: be demoted to the mortal realm to serve as a City God for one lifetime, making amends and bringing blessings to the people.
Xin Zhao chooses the second option without hesitation.
Being a City God should be easy. She can fob off the mortals by day and the ghosts by night, and a mortal’s life will be over before she knows it.
But less than three days after taking office, Xin Zhao regrets her decision
By day.
“City God, please bless me with wealth and prosperity, and let me win the ten-million-yuan jackpot tomorrow. That’d be perfect.”
Xin Zhao looks at the man kneeling below her, whose merit and fortune total less than five percent. “...”
“God above, please bless me and my boyfriend with a loving relationship that lasts until we’re old and gray. My friends say he’s a player, but I checked his zodiac sign, and apparently people born under it just don’t like replying to messages at night.”
Xin Zhao looks at the four red strings connecting her boyfriend to other people. “...”
“My boss is awful. Please, god, give him a period!”
Xin Zhao looks at her boss’s gender. “...”
By night.
Xin Zhao: “You can exchange the good and bad deeds you did in life for one wish. I will grant it personally.”
“I wish I could live for another five hundred years!”
Xin Zhao: “...Next.”
“I died so suddenly, I didn’t have time to delete the chat logs from my computer or phone. Please, Immortal, wipe them all with one click!”
Xin Zhao: “...Next.”
“My silly owner was always good to me. I hope she can live like I did, never needing to go out hunting, and never having to worry about food even if she stays home all day.”
…
Xin Zhao: “I can’t do this lousy job anymore! Heavenly Emperor, I’ve changed my mind. Send me to the Land of Chaos!”
The temple keeper: “Immortal, there’s a word for it among mortals: variety.”
Before long, the City God temple is thriving, and strange stories about wishes made there begin spreading across social media.
Xin Zhao: “I really am a City God who grants every wish!”
The temple keeper: “...Heavenly Emperor, I have sinned. Please send me to the Land of Chaos!”
Core message: Even a ragtag crew can turn the whole world upside down.
I have a question: Why did Zhuang Nan's series of actions lead to the closing of the Tianmen? Didn't he draw the spiritual energy of the disciples of the Xuan San Palace? [Please]
Haha, it's good to watch. I couldn't really get into it at the beginning and thought the pace was a bit slow. But then I got into it when the competition started in the fifth week of the Secret Realm. There are layers and layers of Usual Suspicion that I didn't even know it was like this. When I read the copy, I didn't expect that there would be so many clues to unravel, but it's still very interesting and gripping.
After watching it, I was very imaginative throughout and the plot was smooth. However, I felt that the ending was a bit rushed. Before the ultimate move was released, the Lord of the Third Palace came on [hug]
[Come on] "Fortunately, it will be late, but I will be there!" This is a big bug for the author~
Finished with flowers🎉[Purple Sugar]kswl
Yeah! ! Super pretty! ! ! It's so pretty that I can't get enough of it! ! !
How great! Didn't see enough…
What's the new story?
Woohoo, this is the first book I spent money to read in Jinjiang! Entering the pit [crying] I love you, the author is great
