Football Magritte

[Complete] [Clear-headed, rational agent × lovesick puppy who charges ahead]

One day, Yixin suddenly received a call from an unfamiliar number. A robotic male voice said without a hint of emotion, “Ms. Yixin, we've kidnapped one of your players. If you want to save him...”

Yixin picked at her nails and asked, bored, “Which one? Griezmann or Reus, Kroos or Mbappe, Kaka or Ronaldo? If it's Ronaldo, just kill him. That kid is so clingy, it's seriously interfering with my work.”

Kidnapper · Man about to be killed: “...”

-

At twenty-three, Yixin left everything behind and moved abroad, all so she could meet her curly-haired boy that damp summer.

At twenty-eight, Yixin was a success. She turned back and took her place beside the resolute CR7.

Years later, when a whole generation of young players had become top stars in the major leagues, they all spoke of their agent in much the same way.

Griezmann: “I wouldn't be where I am today without her.”

Reus: “I came from Germany to Spain. She cared about my health and how I was feeling just like family. She'd remind me to drink more milk and tell me to call her right away if I felt unwell. I'll never forget how she sat by the pitch when I made my debut in Spain's Segunda Division and told me I was the best.”

Robben: “She never misses any of my matches. Even when I lose, she gives me a hug and says, ‘It's okay, Robben. Don't be afraid to fail.’”

-A melodramatic little story, more or less, about a puppy devoted to love.

-Big sister and her dog.

-Pairing: CR7.

-The female lead is a player agent.

-The timeline has been adjusted.

-Feel free to point out mistakes, but please don't insult me. I'm a delicate flower.

[Coming soon] [Sitting Beside You, Watching the Clouds] [Successful older Ronaldo × energetic younger puppy (the younger one is the heroine)]

Years later, an interview from a fan event resurfaced.

A girl stepped forward to take a photo with him. Smiling, Ronaldo said, “I remember you.”

The girl was taken aback, her raised hand freezing midair. He leaned down and pulled her into his arms.

“You remember me?”

“You came to watch the Portugal national team's training every day last year. I remember you. There was undisguised ambition in the way you looked at me. You wanted to have me.”

“Everyone wants me.”

“So I'm no exception.”

The girl recovered and put on a gracious smile, answering him with tact, undeterred by the uproar his words caused at the interview or by how shocking her reply was.
