[It is love that moves the sun and the other stars. - Dante, The Divine Comedy]
Unfathomable monsters descend from beyond the starry sky, and boundless, deep rifts spread across everything.
The one who came back against time from the final ending of this book kept running. After thousands of despairing Ouroboros cycles, he finally returned to the first day the world was taken over by a global infinite-flow System.
Outer gods who judge civilizations descend from the heavens, bearing the indifference of the laws of the universe.
Yet the spark of hope still burns. Even after countless cycles and crossing dimensions, the steps toward saving the world have never stopped.
Yu Jin is an ordinary restaurant owner in Zijin City, Huaguo.
The only thing that sets him apart from other people is that he has four foreign tenants.
Getting up early every day to cook, then strolling through the streets and enjoying the bustle of ordinary life: that is his simple, everyday routine.
Until the civilization wasteland descends and blankets the entire world. The Volunteer Association calls on volunteers with special abilities to enter the infinite-flow worlds and rescue ordinary people.
Yu Jin: Six! It's finally my turn to make an appearance!
Yu Jin, an ordinary restaurant owner, sheds his disguise as an ordinary person. Carrying the symbols of the most powerful Taoist master of the 21st century, the Ten Emperors' Coins and a red cord, he doesn't even put down the watermelon he just bought. He rushes out of the Taoist temple toward the Volunteer Association's registration office in Zijin City.
And runs straight into his four tenants.
A platinum-blond man with disabled legs and a carefree air sits in a wheelchair. On the lap of the impoverished bartender who lives by the motto of being free and unrestrained is a dazzling, enormous golden knight's sword, which looks for all the world like the weapon of a European knight commander.
The elegant British doctor, with long golden hair and green eyes like an elf, holds a slender, exquisite staff and wears a mage tower robe. He watches Yu Jin's red cord and Ten Emperors' Coins with an amused smile.
The dazzling golden-haired, red-eyed American exchange student and delivery guy has abandoned his usual recklessness. A huge nuclear-powered weapon floats behind him as he awkwardly waves. "Hello?"
And his childhood friend, Yu Dong, a convenience-store worker from the northern reaches, is holding a huge ice scythe and staring at the sky. Frost patterns cover the ground beneath his feet as he pretends not to see Yu Jin.
Yu Jin: ...Six!
He'd spent almost half a year looking for members for his volunteer team, and they were right beside him all along??!
Yu Jin coughs twice. "Ahem. Since that's the case, I have a hidden identity to reveal, too!"
He pauses. "Actually, I'm the author of this world. My real name isn't Yu Jin. It's Lin Yuan."
The author who witnessed and wrote it all bears the original sin, descending from a higher level of narration to become an ordinary human, all to finish the story he couldn't complete and save everyone he wants to save.
Everyone... the "children" he created.
This world is the embers of an author's imagination, burning amid a dark childhood and adolescence in which he was constantly abandoned.
Yu Jin once gave up on this world... So no matter how many thousands of cycles he has to endure, no matter how many people fail to understand him, he will keep going until he has finished writing this novel in its entirety.
"You were the characters I wrote, and you gave me the strength to live until now. So now it's my turn to give you the strength to keep living."
The laws of the universe descend at this moment.
Gain the right to expand and become a Level Two civilization capable of venturing beyond Earth, or become one of countless civilization wastelands judged by the system of judgment.
The secret arts of the pharaohs work miracles from the very beginning, while Celtic magic proclaims the glory of the Tree of Life.
The Taoist arts of Heaven, Earth, and the primordial universe recount the vastness of the cosmos, while the power of technology shakes gods and their haughty laws.
The snows of the far north bring a Jurassic cold wave, and walking Chaos remains as unfathomable as ever.
Above the heavens, ten suns from different pantheons declare war on the outer gods. In the Sky City, the Messiah and the world's author raise their cups together.
Famous figures from history answer the call to this place. In this battle, all of humanity will give everything, sparing no sacrifice, to win the dawn of tomorrow instead of darkness!
Deep in the civilization wasteland, where ashes are piled high, a warmth still lingers.
And those of us with abilities will become guardians of civilization. The sparks of history will keep shining brightly until dawn.
"Long live the Human Federation! Long live humanity!"
Humanity's declaration has never been an arrogant boast beyond its means.
The savior: the strongest Taoist master, excels in strength, intelligence, and emotional intelligence, with a martyr complex, the world's beloved white moonlight, a motherly figure, a reincarnating warrior, and the author, as the bottom x the protagonist top: a love-struck, light-polluting, apparently divine being of unknown origin, actually an embodiment of human consciousness, and a reincarnating warrior
Those were tens of thousands of years abandoned in the universe, time that kept restarting, with only each other's company and the gaze of the stars. Look back, look back upon 1.3 billion years of endless cycles.
The protagonist: a white-haired, red-eyed author, an ancient sinner who is billions of years older x the abandoned savior protagonist, the one most entitled to judge the author
A story about establishing a Human Federation and an international coalition, uniting all civilizations to fight the enemies of civilization. Pretty much everyone is a good person (a community with a shared future for humanity). It only depicts humanity's many glorious moments and doesn't touch on the dark side. All civilizations are idealized, because I simply want to see the whole world united in purpose, so at its core it might read like a tourism promotional piece...
Hot-blooded monster-fighting story / Heroic spirit summoning, mythological revival / Everyone starts at max level / Mythologies, cultures, and famous figures from various countries / Antarctic ice wall setting / Global city tour / Fictional world, very, very loosely based on reality. The portrayals of mythological figures from different countries are all wildly made-up reinterpretations. This is not an infinite-flow story.
Be sure to separate it from reality!!! Fictional setting, fictional setting, fictional setting!!!! (Emphasis!!!)

The everyday life of the not-quite five great villains:
Yu Jin: People shouldn't, at least not like that. We should build a vision of peace for the universe. (Then crushes a cloud-rift monster's head.)
Jian: So what if they're a higher civilization? Aliens have factions too. Watch me play the offshore balancer! (Then gets the intelligent creations in the infinite-flow worlds to scheme against one another.)
Chaos: Let me introduce you to the theology of liberation in the new era! (Turns a holy sword made in Heaven into a cannon.)
Yu Dong: So what if I'm an artsy type? Looking down on artsy types, are you? (Smashes a vodka bottle.)
(Refills the vodka fuel.) (Starts up.) (Charges.)
Made: Freedom through technology, kid! (Blows an instance to pieces in one go.)
The other four glare at them: Did you just have your fun? What are we supposed to do now?!
Theme: Civilization is a flame. Deep in the ashes, warmth remains. My heart turns toward it: peace for the world.
