My Mythology Is Different from Yours, Too 2

After waking up, Zhong Fei transmigrated to a future interstellar world.

The odds of dying unexpectedly in this world were absurdly high. In the half hour since she arrived, Zhong Fei had already witnessed two traffic accidents, an object falling from a great height, and someone dying from an electric shock.

There was also someone who had avoided every accident and was trying to calm down with a sip of water, only to be poisoned by a plant seed that fell into their cup.

People lived in constant fear, yet one person after another still died for all kinds of unexpected reasons.

Zhong Fei: ...What is this, a Final Destination world?

What Zhong Fei didn't know was that she was already on the Grim Reaper's hunting list.

The Grim Reaper's thirty-day feast was being held on a tiny, rundown planet beyond the protection of any god. People across the galaxy watched as the Grim Reaper reaped lives in all sorts of ways.

Yet this sacrificial game, straight out of Final Destination, suddenly hit a snag when it came to one person.

Every accident that came her way failed in the end. She was on the Grim Reaper's list, yet remained safe and sound, without so much as a scratch.

At last, the Grim Reaper could take no more and revealed its true form, intending to personally end the life of this person who dared challenge its authority. Its scythe of death came crashing down on her head, only for the phantom image of a seated god to appear behind the woman.

Zhong Fei: Sorry, my life isn't yours to claim.

When the King of Hell orders someone to die at the third watch, they won't be kept until the fifth. But those whose lifespans aren't yet over won't simply let others take their lives.
