Tong Wan wandered into an underground bar in the university district and spotted Miao Yan, his childhood friend whom he hadn't seen in years.

But the kid who used to blush and hide behind him whenever someone called him cute was gone. He and his current bandmates were now the center of a noisy celebration, surrounded by the whole crowd.

His bloodless pale skin, along with the… studs hanging from his ears, eyebrow, and tongue, reflected the neon lights, making Tong Wan's eyes ache.

Tong Wan usually devoted himself entirely to his studies. When he asked around, he learned that Miao Yan was famous throughout the university district.

He was known not only for his striking looks, but also for his grades, which were so bad he was on the verge of expulsion, and for a personality even worse than his grades.

Tong Wan fell silent. Surely he couldn't just let him get expelled.

"You want to sleep with me?" Miao Yan didn't recognize him and mistook him for yet another person trying to pick him up. Pointing at the more than a dozen bottles of hard liquor on the table, he said, "Drink them all, go get your stomach pumped, and if you can still get it up afterward, I'll sleep with you."

Later, Miao Yan got into the habit of meeting him after class. One day, he arrived just in time to see someone confessing to Tong Wan.

Seeing the thoughtful look on Tong Wan's face, Miao Yan raised his voice in disbelief. "You're actually thinking about saying yes to that person?"

Tong Wan nodded. "I'm still thinking it over. The doctor said I could try being in a relationship. It might help with my condition."

Miao Yan: "But don't you like me?"

Tong Wan stared back at him blankly.

Tong Wan's heat came as expected. As usual, he took a suppressant, but he hadn't expected a heated breath to sweep it off his tongue.

"Want to try it with an Omega?" Miao Yan's voice couldn't hide his ambition.

1. Both are Omegas and the same age. Tong Wan is one grade below Miao Yan because he moved as a child.

2. Whether or not they were in love, they were always special to each other.

Theme: They were always special to each other.
