Qiu Xinru was born in Shanyang. His father was a scholar, his brothers fell into decline, and his sister was widowed early. This autobiography can be found in the opening chapter of the twelfth chapter of his book "Bi Sheng Hua". "Dictionary of Chinese Writers": Qiu Xinru, unknown name. The year of birth and death is unknown, but he was alive around the 25th year of Daoguang reign of Emperor Xuanzong of the Qing Dynasty (about 1845). He has the surname Zhang and his husband is quite mediocre. More than twenty years later, he suddenly lost his beloved son, his daughter also got married, and his aunt died of illness. His family was very poor, so he returned to his mother's house, set up a tent to teach disciples, and served his mother until the end of his life. Xinru wrote thirty-two chapters of Tanci in "Bi Sheng Hua". Chapters 1 to 5 are written when you are not married. Twenty-one years after his return, there were fourteen more chapters. After the death of my uncle, I returned to my mother's house to finish the manuscript. It was published in the seventh year of Xianfeng (1857).
