[Western Crossover] The Monster Boy, Jay Todd

As a true Gothamite, even at just ten years old, Jason had seen plenty. So when a group of people so bizarre-looking that even Black Mask would be ashamed showed up in front of him, he wasn't remotely startled enough to scream. Besides, all they wanted was his help with a favor. Jason agreed. And just like that, a kid struggling to survive in Crime Alley became the god of wisdom to a group of monsters. But Jason never expected that the first thing he'd have to do as a god was prove that his new guardian wasn't a monster in disguise: Monster A: Run, Jason! There's a huge black bat watching you from the windowsill! Jason: ...That's Batman. Monster A: It's a giant bat! And he's planning to adopt you! He might even turn you into a baby bat! Jason: ...Bruce Wayne is Batman? Monster B: Jason, you have to help me! Jason: What is it? Monster B: I've fallen in love with the poison ivy spirit in Robinson Park. Could you help me confess to her? Jason: ...Humans and monsters belong to different worlds. You two can never be together. Before you dive in: 1. Jason's backstory is inspired by the heroine of In/Spectre, so he's also missing an eye and a leg. 2. Unless something unexpected happens, Jason will die once. But no one can predict the unexpected. 3. The story may include DC, SPN, and MCU. 4. The characters will definitely be out of character at times, so please be understanding. 5. The title and blurb may change at any time during the preorder period, but the core premise won't. 6. I'll add more if I think of anything! Theme: Stay true to yourself, and don't give up on being human.
