Yan Qingqing is a roasting video creator with tens of millions of followers. Her sharp tongue spares no one, and she's made countless enemies in show business.
One day, she works herself to death making a video and wakes up reincarnated as a minor villainess in a novel, notorious for her scandals and being told to get out of the entertainment industry.
Yan Qingqing: Fine, I'll leave. Wouldn't it be better to go back to my old job and make some easy money?
Before long...
"A Hopeless Actor: Scatter some rice on the ground; even a chicken can act better than you. My advice is to change careers while you still can."
"A Young Master from a Prestigious Family? You can fool us, but don't fool yourself ^_^"
"The Year's Biggest Joke: The Pride of Chinese Drama, a Billion-Yuan Production! Do you really think the viewers are brainless suckers?"
Her videos appear out of nowhere and sweep across the homepages of every major platform.
Yan Qingqing's "I'm Just Here for the Laughs" roasting account goes viral, but, unsurprisingly, she once again becomes the enemy of the entire internet.
Yan Qingqing: Whatever. Counting money is fun.
Some time later...
The hopeless actor switches to singing, discovers his talent, and takes the music world by storm.
The young master from a prestigious family is exposed as a debt-ridden deadbeat who cheats his fans out of money.
The Pride of Chinese Drama becomes the Shame of Chinese Drama after several people involved in the production "make the news" for breaking the law.
Netizens: Holy cow, the "just here for the laughs" girl is a prophet! Take her out, take her out (just kidding). We love her!
