In the interstellar era, a male A is exiled to an asteroid prison for imprisoning the male O who cheated on him.

A male O is also exiled to the asteroid prison for cutting off the dick of the male A who cheated on him.

They learn that AOs are very rare on the asteroid, so the prison has a rule: if an AO couple can have a child while in prison, they can leave together.

So, to get out, the two crazed men pair up.

Later, when they learn they weren't each other's first choice, one grabs the other's throat while the other chokes his dick.

But they have no choice: having a child is what matters.

Their jobs before prison: A, mecha mechanic; O, doctor.
