A Child Appeared the Day Before Our Divorce

On the night of their seventh anniversary, Sheng Tan and Yu Jian got into a fight and decided to get divorced.

They had just gathered a stack of documents when someone gently knocked on the door. They opened it with cold expressions, and there on the floor sat--

An adorable little sweetheart, with a huge white bow tied behind them, like a beautiful, carefully wrapped doll.

The little sweetheart blinked their big eyes, pushed up with their little hands, and toddled straight toward the two who had just been fighting. They put one hand in each father's and said sweetly, "Daddy, hold hands!"

Both of them were stunned. "Whose kid is this?"

When news broke that the entertainment industry's model couple was getting divorced, netizens argued over whether it was true. Just then, a dating show they had signed up for six months earlier began filming live--

Early in the morning, the production crew arrived outside the hotel room where the couple was staying and rang the doorbell. "Ding-dong!"

After a while, a string of soft, tiny footsteps came from inside. As the door opened, a childish voice called out, "Baby's here!"

The camera swung around to focus on an adorable little dumpling. The little one blinked and said, "Keep your voices down, okay? Don't wake Daddy!"

The camera turned again, revealing Sheng Tan curled up in Yu Jian's arms on the bed behind the little one. They were holding each other in a way that showed just how much they depended on each other--

"Who said they were getting divorced?! This kid can already crawl!"

"The baby's so cute!! Auntie's giving you a kiss!"

"Those eyes look like Sheng Tan's, and that mouth looks like Yu Jian's. Sweetie, tell Auntie, which one of you gave birth?"
