Even Monsters Need Their Parents Called

In the East Sea stands Peach Capital Mountain, home to a peach blossom immortal.

A thousand years later, humanity brought technology, civilization, and twelve years of compulsory education to Peach Capital Mountain.

So the mountain god of Peach Capital Mountain, the peach blossom immortal who had single-handedly suppressed ten thousand ghosts, put on a backpack and went to school too.

Human high school student Lei Xingchuan transferred to the isolated Peach Capital Mountain and met his deskmate, Qi Huan, on the first day of school.

Qi Huan was not only a natural airhead, but also a poor little thing from the mountains who had to work at a temple after school every day.

Protective by nature, Lei Xingchuan took his deskmate under his wing.

My deskmate, my responsibility!

Then one day, Lei Xingchuan heard that Qi Huan had been cornered by a gang of delinquents while he was alone.

Frantically, Lei Xingchuan found the gang, only to see his seemingly frail deskmate safe and sound.

The usually fearsome delinquents were all sprawled on the ground, begging for mercy. "Mountain God, we're sorry! We didn't know he was under your protection, sob sob sob..."

Lei Xingchuan: "???"

Some time later, the director of the Demonic Affairs Bureau, who was Qi Huan's temporary guardian while he was at school, got a phone call.

Homeroom teacher: "Could you come to the school? Qi Huan might be dating someone."

Director: "Huh? What do you mean, might be?"

"Haven't you seen?" the teacher said, looking conflicted. "In the middle of winter, every peach blossom on Peach Capital Mountain bloomed overnight!"
