[Western Crossover] Is There Something Wrong with Our Alternate-Universe Counterparts?

When Pabelter received an acting mission in the superhero world, he fell apart: A high-risk world, waaaah!

This mission uses a new, still-experimental mode: it connects to a real "variant" and transfers their consciousness into a template built to scale, where they must "act" as that person.

If the experiment succeeds and his secret identities become fully automated (?), Pabelter can escape his acting missions and go home.

So he resolutely puts on his secret identity--

The taciturn man removes his cowl, revealing a pale face with ink smeared around his eyes. His deep blue eyes seem to hold a torrential rain, filled with Gotham's gloom and world-weariness.

--"I'm Bruce Wayne."

His eyes are the color of sour sorrel, weary, pained, and gloomy. The pale, curly-haired man coughs like someone recovering from a serious illness, his bones jutting out sharply.

--"You can call me Arthur."

The black-haired, blue-eyed boy moves through Crime Alley. Beneath the shroud of night fog, he steps down hard, breaking a criminal's legs. "Family disputes are always up to the younger ones to settle," he says.

--"I'm Jason Todd."

A young man with curly red hair and emerald-green eyes, dressed in white and covered in wounds, drops into Avengers Tower just as Thor is about to head out and celebrate with his friends.

--"The Skywalker, Loki."

Faced with these outrageous variants from parallel worlds, the superheroes are left with their entire worldview shattered: Thanks, but no thanks.

The variants: Having fun, but not entirely.jpg

* Pabelter/Batman! I was bewitched by his beauty.

* The Joker secret identity isn't a villain.

* Features strange fantasies about the Batfamily, with some inspiration from Joker (2019).

* My writing is terrible and I have no brain.

* I mainly know DC through the Batfamily, so the Justice League characters will probably be out of character to varying degrees.

* Comments are what keep me going!!
