[Arknights] Lucid Dream

"I know I can never become one of the noble ones, but I don't mind giving everything for them."

The corrupt might of the Ursus nobility taught Anastasia many things: conspiracy, harsh demands, greed, and the willingness to do whatever it takes. She twisted and grew inside a magnificent cage with no hope of escape, then became the cage's master. Using what she had learned, she set out to build their country, their Ursus.

A clear-eyed waking dream of a pessimist.

1. An edgy, chaotic fever dream of a story that is really a chronicle of young people pursuing their ideals. Ana helps Ursus's powerless new emperor transform the country in a passionate underdog comeback story (?).

2. The first half is oppressive and edgy, with youthful angst (?).

3. Ana is a wicked woman like a viper, and she is a Feline. Her goals may be noble, but her methods are filthy. Think of her as a seemingly pure-hearted Koschei (?).

4. No romantic pairing.

5. The inspiration came from the first line of the blurb, from the Confessarius's monologue in Path of the Radiant.

Theme: To our lucid dreams, so distant and hopeless
