Did Chuuya Fill in the Crater Street Today?

Daily question: Did Chuuya Nakahara fill in the crater in the former Suribachi City today?

Answer: No.

Chuuya Nakahara: Thanks for asking. Yokohama's government and the Port Mafia are just too hard to deal with.

After parting ways at fifteen with the older sister he'd lived with for seven years, Chuuya Nakahara decides to use his own strength to fill in the crater in the former Suribachi City and fulfill his wish.

The first step toward filling it in is to move out the people living in poverty there.

With his strong sense of responsibility, Chuuya has no choice but to start running all over the place to help the poor. But

"What on earth is wrong with the Far Eastern government?"

Chuuya stares in disbelief at the Japanese government as it blocks his efforts to help the poor, and is left bewildered.

"Is something wrong with this country?"

Shocked and confused, Chuuya clenches his fists as he faces the obstacles standing in his way.

So, did our precious Chuuya fill in the crater in the former Suribachi City today?

No, he went to negotiate with the Ability Special Affairs Division and the Port Mafia.
