The Pretty Dandy Gets Made to Cry Again

.

Everyone in the capital knew that the spoiled, arrogant young heir of the Duke of Dingguo's household, Sui Wuyou, didn't get along with Rong Yulang, the erudite, refined eldest son of the Rong family.

For instance, during the autumn hunt, when the grounds were full of game, Sui Wuyou insisted on competing with Rong Yu for a rabbit.

For instance, at a banquet where they sat at the same table, Sui Wuyou ignored the plain tea in his own cup and insisted on snatching the pot of wine from Rong Yu.

And then there was...

Everyone was puzzled. Although the young heir Sui was arrogant and domineering, he'd never taken things this far before. And as for the eldest son Rong...

There was even less to say about him. His Majesty himself had praised his mild and courteous nature. No one could figure out how the two of them had ended up at odds.

But Rong Yu, one of the people involved, understood. It was because he'd discovered one of Sui Wuyou's secrets:

The spoiled, pretty young heir who did whatever he pleased... was a crybaby.

He cried when his songbird died, and even teared up when the pastries he liked sold out. It was truly... hard to resist teasing him a little more.
