You're a chaotic troublemaker who loves a good laugh.
After being tricked into countless dress-up games that looked innocent on the surface, only to discover they required card draws, character leveling, and monster battles that turned you into a combat-focused player, you finally find a "normal" dress-up game about palace intrigue.
You touch your increasingly thin hair, so moved you could cry.
Then a parade of bizarre choices and side quests successfully cures your low blood pressure.
Scene One:
[You're a mid-ranking consort. There's a banquet. What will you wear?]
[A. Something understated. B. Something flashy. C. Neither understated nor flashy.]
After thinking it over, you choose C.
[You wear an outfit in XX color. The emperor is reminded of his former favorite consort, who wore the same color. That consort was later proven to be a spy from an enemy state. After her assassination attempt on the emperor failed, she was executed.]
[The emperor's favor toward you plummets. You lose his affection, and before long, you're framed and die in the Cold Palace.]
You: ?
Scene Two:
[The moon is bright and the stars are sparse. You plan to go for a walk. Where will you go? (Friendly reminder: your choice affects the side story, so choose carefully. You're welcome, darling XD)]
[A. The Imperial Garden. B. The Cold Palace. C. The mass grave.]
You're stunned. Why is there a mass grave in the palace???
Faced with the last two options, which are downright sinister, you decisively choose A.
[The night is deep as you walk through the Imperial Garden. Suddenly, you slip and fall into the koi pond. With no one around to save you, you die, darling. Please try again~]
You: ???
Choking JPG
Scene Three:
[You become Consort X. At a banquet in the central palace, you learn that the emperor's porridge is poisoned. The emperor is reaching for the poisoned bowl, and you're seated beside him. What do you do?]
[A. Shout that it's poisoned. B. It's none of my business. C. Snatch the bowl and smash it on the ground. D. Spit into the bowl.]
Knowing just how messed up this game is, you decisively choose the most sinister option... No, you can't bring yourself to do it. What the hell, that's way too twisted! What normal person would spit in the emperor's bowl?!
Game System: Hehe.
Your blood pressure continues to rise...
