In this world, Kansas hasn't been nuked, Lois from the Daily Planet is alive, Batman's identity hasn't been exposed, the Justice League hasn't disbanded, Captain America is still Captain America, and there isn't a white-suited Iron Man flying around New York... Everything is perfect, except he discovers that his biological father is Batman. Billy, who used to be Batman's teammate: My teammate secretly jumped several generations ahead of me! The new boy at Wayne Manor has the surname Batson. Everyone laughs at the joke of a name, until they see the scars on the boy and realize that, despite there being nothing wrong with his throat, he can't say a single word. The Batfamily: The boy must have had a terrible life before. Former Captain Marvel, leader of magic, guardian of the Rock of Eternity, the world's mightiest mortal, veteran member of the Justice League. Current PTSD-afflicted retired couch potato Billy: Why is my family looking at me so strangely? Have they figured out who I am?! Theme: Everyone comes to terms with the past and embraces the future without fear.
