Synopsis

People often say, "Things remain, but people have changed; everything is over." But what if the things have changed while the person remains the same? Is that what is meant by "old," as in "just as before"?

When he was a demon, his wife said to him, "Of the three thousand waters, I will drink from only one ladle. Even if we part, do not forget me."

Then a sudden upheaval struck. His wife vanished without a trace, and soon chaos engulfed the demon realm.

After a long search, he finally saw her again, only to find that she had become another person's wife.

Blurb and all that is just fluff. All right, this is actually a fantasy story set in a matriarchal world, with a tsundere heroine and a gentle hero. It's not angsty (Uh... does a little angst count? A little shouldn't count as angst, right...?)

This story is on pause while I revise it. To avoid getting myself into this frustrating, infuriating mess again, I'll wait until it's all written before posting it. Bowing, ready to be smacked.

Hugs and kisses to Qianqian (Jiu Qiansui). Thank you for the banner! Pounce!
