Synopsis

Jason from the butter-game world transmigrates to the main universe and comes back to life there. All-Jay in the butter-game world, with characters' English names. The main universe is family-oriented, with characters' Chinese names. The plan is to start with a long, partly told-in-flashback storyline in the butter-game world. Then comes the hurt/comfort I love. In case anyone isn't sure where this is going and gets caught off guard, let me be more specific. (Hurt/comfort is a tag I love browsing on AO3. The focus is on other characters helping someone recover after they've suffered serious psychological or physical harm.) Jason is the only person in the other world with a normal mind, and he's deeply depressed. "Butter game" is short for erotic game, a term commonly used for gal games and visual novels. Here it's an internet slang term with a broader meaning, referring to illogical, out-of-character worlds that exist only for sex. So All-Jay is All-Jay in the broad sense, and includes bystanders. Theme: Healing from trauma

A report from your DCAAA wholesaler and specialist in Red Hood raccoons. (The list also includes a few short stories I think are well written, so it was rated C-tier.)
