Dazai thought of all the melodramatic scripts he'd made up on the fly to push his plan forward, all the contradictory things he'd said, and all the people he'd blurted out who didn't exist in this world. He fell silent.

I know I've got some kind of weird constitution. I keep stumbling into all sorts of love-triangle showdowns, disastrous breakups, and gossip-worthy scenes, and I've witnessed all kinds of melodramatic, bizarre incidents. But why does the organization have to be like this too?!
