If You Meet the Right One | A Heaven Sword and Dragon Saber Fanfic

Zhao Min: You, stay away from Zhang Wuji!

(Zhiruo's thoughts:

"Sorry, I'm into older men. I'm not interested in the gentle young master Zhang. This silly princess really worries too much!")

Zhiruo: Princess, have you fallen for Zhang Wuji?

Zhao Min: Do I really have to spell it out?

Zhiruo: Ahem, that's impolite.

Zhao Min: Anyway, give up Zhang Wuji, and I'll... I'll go back to Emei with you, clean house, and win back the position of sect leader that should have been yours!

(Zhiruo's thoughts:

"Is this really happening?")

Zhiruo: I can't, I can't...

Zhao Min: Why not?

Zhiruo: In the princess's heart, is Brother Wuji worth only the position of sect leader?

Zhao Min: What do you want, then?

Zhiruo: I'll leave this love triangle, but... you have to promise me three things. Helping me deal with my insufferable senior sister Ding Minjun will be the third.

Zhao Min: What are the other two? Tell me first.

Zhiruo: First, give me back the Heaven-Reliant Sword!

Zhao Min: Fine. To me, that Heaven-Reliant Sword is nothing but a piece of junk.

Zhiruo: Second, cover for me and help me steal the Dragon-Slaying Saber?

Zhao Min: You actually... What ambition, Sect Leader Zhou!

Zhiruo: Likewise.

Theme: Love the person worth loving, and do what ought to be done.
