HP: No Cure for the Ills

I'm moving "Dog" somewhere else to write it. We'll meet again someday. I'll come back when I write HP~

Content warning: Transmigrated male protagonist x Severus Snape

Overpowered golden finger, OOC warning

If that bothers you, don't read

Just writing this for myself. As long as I'm enjoying it, that's all that matters. Thanks

People suffer from three thousand ailments in life. Only longing is incurable, beyond the reach of medicine.

I am another "Boy Who Lived."

You are a mountaintop tower I can never reach.

And this is nothing but my senseless,

self-indulgent,

hollow and pointless

unrequited love.

It makes me feel inferior and afraid,

full of self-doubt yet arrogant and defiant.

I am a balloon flower that never bloomed.

I am a rose that never sprouted.

I am a bent, withered sunflower, diseased and dying.

I don't want the sun.

I only want you.

Across countless letters and through space,

from the very beginning of the story, I've tried to stand by your side.

Can you see me?

Severus, can you see me?

This has a happy ending. There won't be angst. I don't have the writing skills for grand, sweeping scenes, so just treat it as a way to pass the time.

Theme: Love is more powerful than any spell.
