Healing a Dragon

They say that if a dragon captures a princess and lets a hero rescue her, the dragon can take human form. Zachary disdainfully shakes the blood off his wings, thinking this challenge sounds too easy. It doesn't take long for him to realize that capturing a princess isn't the hard part. Raising one is. The roasted meat is too tough to chew, she won't eat raw meat because it smells too gamey, and she'll fall ill if the food is too hot or too cold, or if he speaks too loudly. This princess is so hard to look after! The black dragon angrily crushes several boulders, then has to curl up his claws and spread his wings to shelter the delicate princess from the wind. At first, Zachary wavers every day between "I might as well eat her" and "Just be patient, taking human form is important." Later, if even the slightest hint of sadness touches the princess's brow, he anxiously asks her what's wrong for ages. Maybe taking human form isn't so... No, if he can't take human form, he can't be with her. So it is still pretty important. * Yvette's prophetic dreams have never been wrong. One day, far in the future, Yvette dreams of a battle-scarred black dragon standing atop a mountain, his eyes filled with wild, bloodthirsty madness. Wherever he goes, blazing dragonfire sweeps across the world, and blood and bones cover the entire continent. And just then, her Mr. Dragon had promised to take her out to have fun. Yvette: ... That absolutely cannot be the same dragon. [A frail princess with a brilliant mind x an illiterate black dragon with brawny limbs] by reader Xigu Beiwang XD Romance to plot: 8:2.
