Asano Haruka was a gaming streamer who got so caught up playing Tears of the Kingdom that she tragically died of overexertion.
After death, she found herself in a notoriously dangerous dating game, where the romance targets were all killers or lunatics.
She had to earn votes from viewers through livestreaming. Once she made enough money, she could come back to life.
Professional gaming streamer Asano Haruka: This is right up my alley! I’ve been doing this for years!
Her confidence lasted exactly one second.
Because the protagonist trait she randomly drew was unmistakably three words long:
[Lovecraftian]
Asano Haruka: ??? So this is what they meant by dangerous?
Meanwhile, the viewers watching couldn’t hold it together either.
[LOL, suddenly the other streamer’s nonhuman traits don’t seem like much.]
[Hahahahaha, you’d have to pass a Sanity check just to meet them!]
[The dating game turned straight into a tabletop RPG, except the other side is the one running away.]
[Is this what they call cross-species romance? If the streamer gets a happy ending, I’ll wash my hair upside down, ]
[Other streamers: Be careful not to get killed by their romance targets. This streamer: Be careful not to drive their romance targets insane.]
Romance Target Missions:
*01
While on a mission, an Italian hitman watches as the target he has just killed is seized by enormous tentacles and swallowed whole. This spine-chilling, uncanny creature then slips into the black robes of a church nun beneath the gaze of a statue of a god.
*02
In a place where hunters with spider tattoos live, rumors spread of a white giant spider. It appears only at night, and wherever its silken web passes, it raises a bridge between dreams and reality. At the first light of dawn, he witnesses the terrifying monster transform into a girl dressed all in white.
*03
A destitute village lies surrounded by mountains, its oppressive atmosphere driving people mad. Several girls, called monsters, are locked in cages. But the ignorant villagers do not know that the girl whose eyes hold the key to a forbidden place is using her lilting whispers to lead them into an endless abyss of madness.
After becoming the most popular streamer and successfully coming back to life, Asano Haruka hopes to return to her ordinary life. Things do not go as planned.
On the first day, she encounters a baby in a black suit on the street, its big eyes fixed on her.
On the second day, she becomes an auction item in her dream and sees a familiar smiling face among the audience.
On the nth day, feeling that her life is in desperate need of a reset, Asano Haruka decides to take a trip abroad. Then she spots three familiar faces on the plane.
Asano Haruka: ??? Good thing I changed my face while winning them over!
A Renaissance of sorts. The four arcs correspond to Katekyo Hitman Reborn!, Hunter x Hunter, Jujutsu Kaisen, and Detective Conan.
There are Lovecraftian elements! There is OOC!
The heroine is powerful! Other people are the ones running away.
It won't be too long. I'm trying my hand at writing nonhuman characters and romance.
