BUNNY

The main story is complete~

[Blurb]

1.

In Steam Year One, the “Heart of Machinery” descended upon the continent. Industry flourished, ushering in a brand-new era. And along with it came a new gospel

God loves all humanity, and God will eradicate every calamity and heresy.

Xue Rong, a genius mechanic of mysterious origins, was branded a target for punishment after defying God.

Just before the “Hounds” could take him away, he raised his gun without hesitation, despite his frail appearance.

One shot, and there was no turning back.

2.

On the wanted posters, Xue Rong went by the codename “BUNNY.”

There was no clear photo of his face. People only said he had a rare pair of snow-rabbit ears, and that despite his sickly, pale appearance, he had led countless Hounds to ruin.

Hound One: I can’t bring myself to do it. His eyes sparkle like stars. I can’t bear to make him cry.

Hound Two: I don’t believe it. He’s so pale, soft, and sweet-smelling. How could he be a wanted criminal?

Hound Three: I don’t know. Not long after I arrived at the scene, he knocked me out...

3.

After countless failed attempts to capture him, the fierce Hound Wen Yubai was chosen for the mission.

Dragging heavy iron chains behind him, he emerged from his cage. His only task was to bring Xue Rong in, dead or alive.

After meeting Xue Rong

Wen Yubai: Dead is fine by me.

*

To prevent the fierce dog from biting anyone, Wen Yubai had to wear a specially made muzzle whenever he was allowed to move freely.

The restraint had always frustrated him, until the target he was supposed to capture, Xue Rong, picked the dungeon door's lock right in front of him.

Wen Yubai immediately abandoned his position: “If you unlock mine, I promise I’ll never hunt you down again.”

Xue Rong leaned close to his ear and fiddled with the lock for a long while before laughing softly.

“I replaced it with a new lock. Now I’m your master.”

#Scheming, gorgeous bottom x aloof, arrogant dog-like top#

[Additional Notes]

1. Steampunk with a touch of Western fantasy. Low-magic setting: magic exists, but there isn’t much of it.

2. The bottom is a polished, self-serving pragmatist. Please take care if that bothers you.

3. Includes cross-dressing, disguises, and animal pheromones. Please avoid if those aren’t your thing.

4. Some ensemble elements and side-character storylines, but the focus is mainly on the protagonists.

Xue Rong is the bottom, Wen Yubai is the top. No switching or reversing.

One-on-one romance, happy ending.

Crossing the River in Song

A slow-paced love story in the countryside of a water town

[Blurb]

Fu Sang had never left the riverside town in western Hunan where he grew up.

When his older brothers went out to fish from their boats, he stayed behind to study in the stilt house. Sometimes he would go out on the boat to sing and splash around, then feed the cormorants, who were nearly bigger than he was. Before he knew it, the day would be over.

His days were always carefree, until one day a stranger with a camera came to the riverbank.

The polite young man smiled at him and said:

“You’re so beautiful. May I take your picture?”
