When an Assassin Switches to Cultivation

As an assassin, Xie Ya received her first mission on her twelfth birthday.

To assassinate a Taoist priest in the household of an enemy minister.

Word had it that three days later, the minister would introduce this charlatan to the old emperor, who was obsessed with the quest for immortality, in hopes of currying favor and influencing the court.

Xie Ya’s mission was to kill him within those three days.

Fortunately, she was in luck. The day after disguising herself as an orphan selling herself to pay for her father’s burial, she successfully infiltrated the official’s residence.

Unfortunately, this fake Taoist priest seemed to have some real skills.

Reader’s guide:

1. The fake Taoist is a real master. The sort who’ll smack naughty kids with a horsetail whisk.

2. A cultivation novel with a heroine who grows over time, probably medium-length.

3. The heroine really is a little terror, and cultivation brings chaos wherever she goes.

Theme: (Teach)ing (educa)tion, (nurture)ing (naughty) kids.
