Stop Flirting with Me

(The title is just a placeholder for now)

You Xiaoduo can't find a job even after graduating from college.

One night, on a whim, he picks up a "male escort" outside a bar and takes him home.

Shang Yan is a rich second-generation kid whose lifelong dream is to be a man with both talent and good looks.

He never expected to end up homeless instead.

The night he's kicked out of his home, Shang Yan is reduced to singing for money at a bar. A drunk mistakes him for a male model and stuffs some bills down the front of his pants.

And they're only two one-yuan bills, for crying out loud.

Shang Yan blacks out.

When he wakes, he's in a stranger's home, and the guy who mistook him for an escort last night is standing in front of him.

Shang Yan is about to fly into a rage, but the young man gazes at him with starry eyes. "You sing so beautifully. Would you be interested in becoming a star?"

Shang Yan: ...? This guy isn't some sleazebag at all. He's a client!

You Xiaoduo finally finds a job.

He's Shang Yan's agent and assistant.

But Shang Yan's early career goes nowhere, and his work makes no splash. Later, You Xiaoduo realizes that acting like a couple on social media could make them popular, so he gives Shang Yan another starry-eyed look.

Shang Yan regards him warily. "What are you doing? I'm gay, I'm gay!"

You Xiaoduo nods solemnly. "I know. But don't worry."

Shang Yan: "?"

You Xiaoduo: "I won't turn gay."

Shang Yan: "..."

I'm even more devastated, thanks.
