The Lazy Lord Refuses to Join the Rat Race [The Fourth Calamity]

A thousand years ago, the dark elf Isis fell into a deep sleep as magic waned. When she awoke and felt the surging magic elements, she closed her eyes in delight. Isis: Lie flat.jpg The game core, just about to make a contract with Isis: ??? Weren't dark elves all supposed to be workaholics? Ever since magic returned, a culture of overwork had taken root across the Ancient Continent. The vampire lord was willing to work day and night under the sun just to build the darkest manor possible; The merfolk lord wished he could grow legs and walk ashore to supervise construction, all to claim even more territory; The dwarf lord dared not waste a single second forging weapons, all to build the strongest faction... The dark elf lord among them seemed completely out of place. Isis: No thanks. I'm in bed, I just woke up. No 996, only 007. The kind of 007 where you rest from midnight to midnight, seven days a week. Zzz... However, the players who had come from another world gazed at their beautiful lord's exquisite sleeping face and got fired up. Beautiful lord, I'm in! Game Core: What's our motto? Players: No 996, only 007! The kind of 007 where you work yourself to the bone from midnight to midnight, seven days a week! Isis, woken by the noise: ??? Fine, I'll assign you tasks. Just stop bothering me!!! Isis: I want this old castle turned into a magnificent manor. I want every inch of our territory put to the best possible use. I want bountiful crops to grow in this barren land. With these people's level of magic, surely that should keep me resting for a long time. Plan successful :) And then... Player A: I'm the chief architectural designer. I'll have the blueprints ready in two days. Player B: Don't panic. I studied urban planning. Everyone, follow my lead. Player C: Agronomy major here, looking for people to study the soil with me. If magic falls short, science will make up the difference. Nothing is impossible, as long as you work hard enough! Isis: ??? Later, the dark elves' magic (experience) power continued to grow, their special (game) territory (map) expanded, and the supplies (game) within their territory became ever more abundant. The vampire lord, merfolk lord, and dwarf lord next door were green with envy! Dark elves really are all workaholics!!! Isis: ...Believe me, I really am the number one opponent of overwork QAQ #The dark elves just happen to have a bunch of hardworking, overachieving, fearless subjects who understand science. What did the dark elves do wrong? # #After summoning players, I... I lie even flatter. # Theme: Work with your own hands and you'll have enough to eat.
