Superpowered in a Second-Tier City

Use the water ability to freeze schemes in their tracks, beneath the cover of night!

In a second-tier city, not Beijing, not Shanghai.

An ordinary high school boy

awakens to supernatural powers.

Is this a gift from fate?

Or has he opened Pandora's box?

The power to control water:

Can it be used to mix concentrated coffee,

or to condense and drain the tissue fluid from living creatures?

Is this the blossoming season of school life, full of worries and growth,

or a journey through the gaps in time and space between black and white?

In this surveillance-filled country,

on a stage with no audience,

a green but determined boy

and his two companions

embark on a fantastical adventure.

If he's not the protagonist of a shonen manga,

how will he find his anchor in a world of supernatural powers?

Through the corridors of another world,

a bitter wind

carries news from afar.

This is a peaceful city,

and also a battlefield beneath the night sky!
