Help, I Don't Want to Farm!

[My other novel, Nonhuman Creations [Nonhumans], is currently updating~]

A slice-of-life story, mainly about agricultural science students who still have to keep studying after the apocalypse arrives and plants and animals mutate. A sad (and funny) tale.

The apocalypse came, and all the plants and animals mutated.

Students at other schools rejoiced: At last, we don't have to study!

Only the professors at the agricultural university raised their arms and shouted, "Spring has come for agriculture!"

The agricultural students: "???"

Zhou Zhou, a man, had followed his passion and enrolled in an agricultural university, despite knowing the job prospects were poor. Now, even with all that passion, he stared blankly at his packed timetable. "Theory classes in the morning, lab classes in the afternoon. A full schedule all day long? Are they trying to kill us?"

After finally getting used to the new timetable, he realized that the chubby calico cat he'd rescued seemed a little off.

It didn't just eat a lot at every meal. Even the school's most mischievous tuxedo cat trembled in its presence.

The calico cat replied, "Meow~" What did you say? I don't understand.

Bai Ye is a fake calico cat and a real large feline: a tiger. He's mighty and imposing, but his only real use is pinning down the rabbits when they throw tantrums.

The couple is the delicate, physically weak human Zhou Zhou × the strong, sturdy nonhuman Bai Ye~

The Divine Offspring

[The story is basically about the strange daily life of a beautiful man-mom carrying something whose identity is unknown~]

Jiang Ci was pregnant.

After a whole week of nausea and vomiting, he went to the nearest hospital three days ago. Today, he finally received the hospital's notice.

It was a pale yellow sheet of paper, with a texture a little like skin. There were no test results on it, just a few blurry, twisting characters. He tried hard to make them out and could barely read three of them: three weeks pregnant.

Jiang Ci was a little confused. "Doctor, I'm a man."

The doctor in front of him wore a tattered white coat. He had black compound eyes and a coiled mouthpart the color of pork left in the freezer for too long.

"Bzz... Yes, sir," he said.

Jiang Ci: "..."

He decided to try a bigger hospital.

Fortunately, the other hospital told him he had simply eaten something that disagreed with him.

The day after his mistaken pregnancy diagnosis, he found a newly weaned puppy outside his home, along with a love letter he could barely understand.

Jiang Ci threw away the letter but adopted the dog. Before he'd had it for even two days, he discovered the puppy could transform into another bizarre form and appear from any place with a point of existence.

What exactly was wrong here?

Thirty days later.

Jiang Ci finally figured out what was wrong. He discovered an egg inside his stomach.

The egg could move. And, well, it could call him... Mom.

Jiang Ci: "I think I'm really pregnant."

1. An alternate world, Lovecraftian horror.

2. The love interest is a great beauty and a heartthrob, with many people harboring unrequited feelings for him. He seems cold, but is actually full of "maternal love."

3. The love interest appears early on, and it's a sweet secret crush (?).

4. The love interest isn't that dog.

Theme: Study hard!
