Criminal Investigation: Across the Border

[Permanently discontinued. The revised settings would affect the entire story, and changing them would break everything. Better not to write it than to change it beyond recognition.]

[Sorry. My next book: The Psychological Consultant Could Never Be Lured [Crime Investigation]]

Xu Nanwang served in the most famous special operations unit in the southwest. During a secret mission, his entire team was wiped out except for him. He spent two years in a hospital bed before being discharged.

After leaving the hospital, he asked his superiors to erase his past and went into hiding, working as a security guard at an orphanage.

He thought the rest of his life would pass uneventfully, but then someone came calling in the middle of the night.

They asked him: Can you sleep?

What does the world look like when you close your eyes?

They asked him: Are you satisfied?

Don't you want to know why that mission failed?

Don't you want to find the truth for your six brothers, whose bodies were never recovered?

Xu Nanwang thought: He did.

So he joined the person who came looking for him in an illegal border crossing.

The two went from wariness as strangers, to trust, and then to falling for each other.

Mo Wenyi took an interest in Xu Nanwang at first sight. With sweet talk and a little persuasion, he lured him into an illegal border crossing.

Gradually, he realized that everything he'd seen before was only a facade. Xu Nanwang's skin was fair and smooth beneath his clothes, his waist slender and supple, and watching him sway was enough to make anyone's eyes swim.

In the silent depths of the night, Mo Wenyi couldn't tell which boundary he and Xu Nanwang were crossing.

A capable bottom who's slow to catch on to romance but says shocking things × a young master who seems gentle but is actually wild and jealous

Sincere × wingman

A few notes:

1. Mainly from the bottom's perspective, with a little from the top's. The plot requires the top to wear women's clothing.

2. The setting is entirely fictional, so there's no need to scrutinize the details.

3. Both are virgins. All misunderstandings and jealous behavior serve the romance or the plot.

4. This is my take on a suspenseful crime-solving story. If you like it, check out more in my author page.

5. Please stop criticizing me. If you don't want to read it, just close the page. Don't waste time typing out insults.

Theme: We stand on the side that cannot be defeated.
