The company Shangrun has two famous rivals: Lu Zheng, the marketing director, and Xu Zhao, the business development director.

They became infamous adversaries after competing for student union positions in college. By a twist of fate, they ended up at the same company, where they fought tooth and nail, taking turns getting promoted and winning awards. At last, they both made director in the same year.

Before their careers could produce a clear winner, they ran into an unexpected setback in life: their parents pressuring them to get married.

One side threatened to disown their son if he didn't marry. The other said he could come home and inherit the family business if he didn't.

One evening after work, Director Lu and Director Xu dressed to the nines and arrived at their blind dates full of confidence.

Then they saw each other at the restaurant.

Xu Zhao stood up to leave, but his phone rang.

Xu Zhao came back.
