I'm Just Playing a Game

Ever since a certain real-life game descended, dungeons have appeared every day all over Earth.

Zhu Ci put on the news broadcast about the apocalypse as background noise and got ready to play.

He was an ordinary person living in an ordinary second-tier city, with an ordinary family and an ordinary life. The only unusual thing about him was...he had never entered a dungeon.

Zhu Ci opened his game console, which had 4,399 mini-games, and clicked Eat a Little More. He controlled the character as it devoured all the darkness nearby.

Just then, the news anchor's voice suddenly grew excited:

We interrupt this broadcast with breaking news. The darkness that had swallowed the town of Funing has been driven away.

An urgent video followed. Zhu Ci watched a man in a radiation suit frantically devouring darkness, and thought...he looked a little familiar?

Right then, the delayed game announcement sounded: Congratulations on clearing Eat a Little More! You can now freely explore Funing Town.
