The Withered Revives

Content warnings:

1. Old-fashioned, over-the-top melodrama.

2. The same old angsty love triangle: you love me, I don't love you; I love you, and now you don't love me.

3. Bad ending

Jian Jia is what people call a "simp."

Since elementary school, he has obediently followed Fu Ming around. He's simple-minded and stubborn, and not quick on the uptake. No matter what Fu Ming did over all those years, Jian Jia's feelings never changed.

Fu Ming was infatuated with someone else, made him his bedfellow, talked about his first love every day, dumped out his dinner... and even called him stupid.

The person Jian Jia loved did all kinds of terrible things.

But Jian Jia never left, and Fu Ming knew he wouldn't, which was why he let himself do whatever he wanted.

Until one day, Jian Jia finally met his true love.

So he happily prepared to leave.

Jian Jia thought: Before I go, I'd better tell Fu Ming. I hope he can be happy for me too.

But Fu Ming didn't seem happy.

He locked Jian Jia up.
