[Content warnings] ◆ Inspired by the Russian psychic show Battle of the Psychics. ◆ A personal preference of the author: chastity and a good bust are a man's best dowry. ◆ The world is entirely fictional, and the metaphysics are my own. Each story arc leans toward suspense. ◆ The heroine is the strongest, with a golden finger so overpowered it even scares me. If you don't like overpowered heroines, I strongly recommend you don't read this. ◆ The male lead is in the background!! This is categorized as “plot,” not “romance.” There will be very little romance, and it will develop very quickly. If you want a perfect romance, don't read this. ◆ Specific content warnings are in the author's note for Chapter One. Please be sure to read them. When the show ended, Jiang Yan followed the group out of the village. In the silence, she suddenly remarked softly, “It wasn't that hard, after all.” “Thanks, everyone, for carrying the burden for me.” Everyone: ??? “? What are you talking about?” “Who figured out how things were connected in the village, and who linked those two things that had nothing to do with each other??” “Damn it! I hate people who show off!!” #Who was showing off?# #Even a wrongfully accused monster would be speechless# #I'm a three-thousand-year-old monster. I've never lied!# [Content warnings] ◆ Mystery-solving + storytelling + metaphysics. The mystery and storytelling outweigh the supernatural elements by far. ◆ The heroine is the strongest, but she can still make mistakes while deducing things if there are too few clues at the beginning. She has her own logic and doesn't rely on outrageous tricks. ◆ The setting is entirely fictional. Some folklore and metaphysical knowledge is real, some made up. It's all nonsense, so don't scrutinize it. ◆ Very, very mildly scary. * Coming soon 2: My Dead Brother Has Returned Liang Sinian died suddenly, and Liang Ran hurried as fast as she could but still didn't make it in time to see him one last time.
