The Summit of the Stars

2021.10.22 In the tenth year after being blacklisted, Xi Yuan was reborn. He returned to the year he was first blacklisted. The entertainment industry was thriving, and his enemy stood smiling beneath the spotlights, with the throne that should have been his beneath his feet. As for him, to get a spot on a show, he had no choice but to sign a contract as a stagehand. Everyone was waiting to laugh at the once-beloved prince. Xi Yuan grabbed the contract and, without a word, charged into the dance studio. He grabbed a young man in the corner who was clearly being ostracized. "Choose me as your stage director, and I'll make your debut performance blow the roof off!" Tan Jianglin returns to the stage on a talent show, but the whole internet is full of people predicting his failure. The audience holds up light boards and shouts, "That old man is way too old to stand alongside our brother!" Then the lights come on... "Holy crap, what are these effects? This is so hype!" "Aaaah, sorry, I have to switch sides for one minute!" "This man, he... he is just too damn..." "Good. God. Gorgeous!" Using stage design and lighting effects from the future to outshine a crowd of inexperienced young men is effortless for Xi Yuan. Soon, everyone knows the best stages are "designed by Xi Yuan," and that only Tan Jianglin can bring his ideas to life without compromise. The two of them are a perfect team, like two swords joined as one. On debut night, Tan Jianglin wins the championship by a landslide. He smiles faintly at the cameras and the countless viewers, then kisses his fingertips. "There's someone I like." Xi Yuan, angry and flustered, calls him with a trembling voice. "I worked so hard to make you famous again, not so you could do whatever you wanted onstage!" "But this is important to me." On the other end of the phone, the man's deep, magnetic voice is warm with laughter. "Yuan Yuan, I want to stand at the top of the stars." "Together with you."
